Creaking front end issue

I have a nx300 2019, for the past two years I’ve mentioned to Lexus Brisbane that the front end of the car, especially on the right makes terrible creaking noises when turning the wheel or even while  reserving.   They have said, a few times , it’s just the car and they have this issue with a few of the nx.    So I took the car to a suspension guy who said it sounded like strut tops and I should take it back for an inspection.    Same answer from LEXUS ,  they are looking at this.    Anyone else have or heard of this issue.   Thanku.
