Feasibility of swapping run flat tyres for regular tyres on 2022 Lexus NX350H Luxury 2WD

My car is due for delivery shortly and I want to replace the run flat tyres with normal tyres that are quiet and comfortable- any suggestions of brands and models for 225 60 18 inch wheels?

I plan to buy a space saver wheel and tyre and only carry it when travelling longer distances and chancing it in the metro areas.

Problem is Lexus Australia only supply a 17 inch space saver wheel and my car has 18 inch rims - any issues here?

17 space saver has same overall diameter as the supplied 18" tyres so no issues. 

You just need to ensure what rims and tyres you get meet same diameter requirement.

Thanks Bazzle for this information.

As I am only contemplating replacing the tyres at the dealer's workshop upon delivery,  the original rims will remain with the car.

Accordingly, I will only need to check that the overall diameter of the 17 inch rim complete with the space saver tyre is exactly the same as the original wheels and tyres fitted.
