computer problem?

Hi and thanks for welcoming me to the Lexus club. I currently have two ES300's 1992 and 1994, the '94 not registered and the '92 on club rego. I'm finding the '92 model starts fine but takes a good few minutes to warm up for driving. The motor revs fine but is not able to move the car forward or back until about 10 minutes have passed. The auto has been serviced. Possible related to this issue are the symptoms displayed on the dash. No movement at all from the tacho but minor movement on the speedo (seems more related to engine revs than actual road speed) Odometer works fine, as does the fuel and temperature gauges. Once warmed and on the road it goes quite nicely but is sometimes slow to respond to acceleration. Any suggestions gratefully appreciated. Cheers, Brendan
