Delay in new car delivery due to touch screen being fitted

Hi all. I am new to this club as I am expecting delivery of my new NX450H + shortly. It was offloaded at the Port of Melbourne on the 10th January. Lexus has advised that delivery will not be until the 19th Jan. Reason given is that the 14" touch screen has to be installed as it is not done in Japan due to potential damage in transit. Has anyone experienced this and if so, how long did it take before you took delivery. Cheers

Correction. Expected delivery on the 29th January.

Same car, arrived apparently the 3rd of January. Not at the dealer, they say delayed at the dock, and they expect the car next week. I am very frustated with the lack or contradictive statements from Lexus. I ordered the car excactly 2 years ago, Cheers
