Eyelid ?

Hi, does anyone know where to get eyelid for Lexus front lamp ? I got bored seeing my car lamp and want to add some eyelid ? How much does it actually cost and does anyone know a place to fix damaged rim. Unfortunately I just scratch my front rim. Anyway it's not lexus rims. Thanks. ;) .
