Ls400 Child Restraint Anchor

Hello, Can anyone help me, I am thinking of buying a 1990 Lexus ls400 but it is 500km away and the person that has it could not find a child restraint anchor, Does any one know it the 1990 model came out with the anchor piont somewhere on the parcel shelf.

Any hepl would be appreciated.

Sounds like a private Japanese Celsior Import to me. All Oz-delivered cars are supposed to have the child restraint anchors installed.
