New Tyres?

Hi

I'm up for new tyres for my 2004 RX330.

Lexus wants over $1200 for 2 Michelins, fitted, balanced, wheel alignment!

Anybody got any recommendations?

I've had a quote for 4 Bridgestones ($300 each) or Yokohama ($280 each) from Bob Jane.

17 or 18 inch ?

When I had 17s (still trying to sell em ) the choices were OEM Michelins ($400 each), Bridgestone HP Sports (probably the ones Bob Jane recommended to you) or two Yokohamas (GO91s and G051s). I think there's also another (cheaper quality / price) Bridgestone tyre released in 225/65/17.

A quick check of the net revealed the Michelin Latitude Tour HP is also available in 225/65/17 - no idea about price, probably too much knowing Michelin........

Well we put Sumitomo's on the Rx300 and they were around $150 tyre fitted etc. The rims are 16's on the rx300/harrier so not sure if they make them for the RX330.
