How Much Engine Oil Do I Need?

Hi guys,

Just did an engine oil change on my g/fs IS300 and it was a hassel taking out the filter, oil went ******* everywhere.

I used up a whole 5L bottle of oil and it just seems like there is not enough in the dip stick

How much oil do i need???

2JZ-GE oil change only = 5.1 Litres recommended grade 10W30

2JZ-GE oil change with filter = 5.4 Litres recommended grade 10W30

I have to agree that it's a hassle changing the oil filter. I just could not get it off, after an hour of trying I ended up stabbing a long screwdriver through the centre of the filter to get it off. After that the oil filter fell out of my hands and got wedged just below it and yes oil went f%#%^€£ everywhere.
