That does seem a low amount but if the alignment is out they could have worn unevenly. As K2sty1 said check them out yourself, you will need to get down on the ground to make sure you check out the inside tread.

Well aboard. It looks in pretty good nick.
I am a new also and have found some good info on the site. Enjoy

Thanks u just saved me wasting $$$ on something that would not fit.

Unlike the IS 250, the size of the grille didn't change on the MY09 IS F and later. BTW, there was no 2006 IS F, so I wonder if the seller knows what they're talking about?
When looking for a new grille, make sure you buy one with the cutout for your radar cruise control badge. Some overseas IS F variants didn't come with ACC/PCS, so the grille for that variant won't be useful in Australia. You want part number 5311253040, NOT 5311253030.
Sorry I missed a key word and was not that clear in my question. I am looking at what is advertised as a 06 07 08 Lexus IS250 IS350 Front Mesh Grille IS-F Style - Style being the key word I missed.
The ad also says that Does NOT fit 09+ IS250/IS350 & IS-F and I assume by your response that the IS250 grill did change 2009 onwards.
Thanks for the advice and sorry for the confusion.

Looking at a couple of ISF grills on ebay. One of the ads states that it only fits 2006 to 2008? Did the overall grill layout change post 2008 as I have a 2010 and would like to fit it on mine.

I contacted Lextuners with the live chat this morning and they promised they will get back to me later today - hopefully so

Have sent a couple of emails to Lextuners requesting shipping costs but have not heard back - anyone else had problems with communicating with them???

That's what I thought. I just thought that I would get a price off an Aussie Dealer as if the price was close I would rather go local than OS - maybe wishful thinking that the price diff would not be too much....
-
Am I missing something or do the Australian dealers have a very small amount of IS250 accessories compared to overseas. I have had a look at Sewells and Lextuners and they seem to have a much better range.
I rang a Sydney Dealer (who I purchased the car off) yesterday to enquire about a Sport Pedal Set (Aluminum) for my IS 250 Prestige only to be told by the parts guys that I would have to talk to the service area because he was unsure they would fit - I actually think he had not idea what I was talking about !!!

Hi imoo6170,
Congratulations on the changeover ... How do you find your 250? Does the lower power-to-weight ratio bother you?
I like the 250. I originally wanted a 350 but I didn't want to spend the extra $15K that the second hand ones seem to be attracting. I live in Sydney and the traffic is bad so I don't really notice the diff in power to weight. That said I have probably driven it a bit more on "Power Mode" than I did with the 300 :D , yet the fuel economy does seem a bit better on the 250.

Hi all, I just saw this on ebay and thought it looked pretty good and seems well priced. I paid about $150 for a Lexus one recently - and BTW I am not connected to the seller
