My Schuey prediction...huh....huh?
Web...ber.....what a dominating drive.
-
Hey welcome...nice car..a bit unique..X manual in that colour. Nice.
Is that Indooroopilly? Good people if it is, done a favour or two for me.
-
OK try the following:
Press "INFO" button to the side of the screen
then on screen press "LEXUS PARK ASSIST"
now pres "volume"
Now try volume level 5.
Let us know how you go.
-
Let me see some practice times before I take a "guess" at who may win.
I will predict who will be "most improved" though. I expect Michael Schumacher to beat his team mate and put in his best showing of the year.
P.S
Heaven help anyone that gets in Alonso's way at the start...of his first home GP for Ferrari.

Not possible.

Hey teabrook, congrats on the new car.
There will be another new Lexus joining you on the roads around Cairns in the next few days.
A friend of mine is getting a new 2010 GS460...he'll be tearing up the tarmac around Palm Cove.
Welcome to the forum.

No I believe the range will be both GS250 & GS350.
You can buy a BMW 5 series 4 cylinder diesel new that has only 130kw, so a GS250 will go up against that easily.
There is a massive slice of the market for these cars that power isn't a priority. Most of the customers for these cars will have very grey hair. :D

They are not a factory rim for an IS200, there were three rim types offered, a 16" rim with 6 big fat spokes, only on the lower end early models, the standard 17" 5 spoke design, and the 17" 11 spoke design for IS300s and special edition IS200s.
JTMILLER,
You've missed the "update" 16 inch wheel on later Sport IS200's.
Buggo,
To answer your question the wheels pictured are a Lexus Australia accessory wheel. They were never standard from Japan but are a Genuine Lexus wheel Made for Lexus by OZ Italy and weren't cheap. They are an upgrade wheel pakage over the OEM 17 & 16 inch wheel.
They are mentioned in this article from 1999 when Lexus launched their accessory range.
Hope this helps

Well there will be a GS250 eventually on the Australian market. Not sure of dates yet.
For those that are really old and conservative.
-
Then I guess 1500 isn't that much
They must be 18's :D

Gotta love it when people sign up to the forum to sell stuff with their first post.
Hinterland Toyota huh...pretty sure the forum has a "no commercial trading" policy too.

Now you just need some VP Motorsport 109.
BTW whats the life span of the EBC red compared to the genuine Lexus pads?
How much better is the braking performance or whats the difference as I've never experienced them.
-
I thought EBC red stuff are for track use??
Yes this is true Jom, but he lives in a rural area without speed limits so the red pads are a must.
That and VP Motorsport 109 race fuel.
Just jokin ilv :D

Sorry ilv, I thought you may have been doing a bit of leg pulling & having a laugh.
Speaking of the ML DVD in the car, have any of you actually heard a DVD-A in your car?
Now I'm not talking about a music video DVD which is DVD-V.
I've bought two DTS DVD demo discs from the USA and the sound is phenomenal.
They are a mix of amazing surround sound scenes from movies, live concerts filmed in 5.1/6.1 surround DTS & best of all DVD audio only DTS96/24.
Next meet I'll bring them with me.

Makes you realize the ML sound is better than you thought.

lol
MP3/DVD
it works
Hmmmm

dis-lex-ic,
can u please confirm whether its a 10k premium over the top end is250 sports lux or 10k more model for model! As in is250 prestige and sim spec is350 10k difference?
cevu nothing is confirmed until the pricing is released "officially" by Lexus Australia.
However it sounds like there will be 3 levels.
Prestige..I think with EMV standard (sunroof?)
F-sport...yes please
Sports Lux...
I thought this may be of interest
And this is nice

10am Monday public hol & its sunny and there is a breeze...
I hope you've got your car parked outside with the sunroof open & windows down......you know the way you got into trouble in the first place.
Today will def dry it out. Good luck.
-
Also, with that plate, QueenSt Customs cruisers are your friends....
Probably appropriate ;)
-
it would be easier for ppl to report me if i had custom plates, but if i left my normal white and black ones, it would be harder for them to remeber the plate
Why would ppl want to report you? For being an idiot?
Simple don't be an idiot, problem solved.
Those plates are worthy of reporting just on their own...IMO.
Is your car out of the panel shop yet?
-
I read it had happened in the US.
Once everything is dry it should all work.
-
Now I know this won't help you but you're not the first person to have this happen.
That is why all new IS250 have had the default settings changed from factory. The feature that got you into this is now disabled by default but can be enabled by the dealer.

Yep O2 sensor was the first thing that bounced around in my head.
