I had re050 potenza on my sti lib, they are quite noisy and wear pretty quick, they retail for around 400-500 each but just hunt around u might be able to get it around 400 mark for the 225 grip in dry is phenomenal

the review i have read seems to suggest that more gears would be nice for the car, especially in the 2/3 rd gear ratios, it would definately make for a more comfortable drive and better delivery of power imho, i'm not a mechanic or anything, just a driver of course the pricing would increase with the is f's gear box as i said, its just an observation for what can be improved. although i highly doubt u can have too many gears if you have a fast shifting gear box, the vw has a 7 speed dsg for like a 120 kw engine from memory, more gears lets me control the revs better through the corners.. again i'm not mechanic or car expert but hey.. i love my cars =)

rofl i woudlnt be complaining if i was you lol clearly you havent a driven a 250 for a long time lol i just want that 234kw!! hehe.. i traded in my 09 is250 to but the is350 !! its a great car but i'm always honest about how the cars perform lol!! with the extra power, the 8gear box in the is f would make a damn good improvement to its power delivery and acceleration outta corners =) still its a good auto box, takes some getting used to that intuitive gearbox learning thing tho haha, anyone know if i flick to sports or if i set ECT to power, it over rides the intuitive gear box? but as yet.. nothing of note =)

took my is350 f sport out for a spin the mountains and beach roads today, gave it a bit more juice, having put on a few hundred ks of driving this week to run it in excellent power delivery and acceleration, suspension very well set up, even in the wet felt very grippy, all in all, damn nice =) the ONLY thing i have to comment on, is that another gear in the box would be welcome, if they had the is f's gear box in the 350 - this car would be a perfect daily driver/sports sedan !! i have a drive day coming up on the Great Ocean Road in 2 weeks, hopefully car run in more by then and see how it goes =)

You confirmed what many of us suspected!I can see Lexus Australia, in a few months' time, putting together the quotable quotes for critical acclaim for the IS350 ... oh and i honestly dont think u will be able to negotiate much if any, from what i know... pretty much all the is350 f sports are allocated in victoria, so they will have no issues moving the is350 f sport stock.. i guess the most important thing is... if you want black or blue hahaha =)

if you goto the australian lexus site, the car on the first paste of the is350 section is the starlight black =)

i picked up my black/black 350 f sport on monday agree with the black being harder to maintain, on the other hand, the starlight black really stands out.. as before, all my cars are black since like forever lol so i'm used to it =) re: the 2011, i traded my 2009 my10 upgrade is250 in, if u have a trade in and WAIT till next year, ur trade in will also be worth less, and also if they jack price up next year, u might be doubly worse off.. so really yes u might be a little better off not considering any price increases but thats something u gotta gamble on !

Due to some very lucky circumstances I will be picking my car up monday 10 am :) Apparently the person who tmr's car was destined for thought it looked too sporty and aggressive and bought a sports luxury off the floor :)

IS250 09 built MY10, EMV No moon roof, Aftermarket HID kit !! - main features - satnav, blue tooth, 17inch alloys 245 rear 225 front, IPod usb connectivity Done 26,000 KM ish in exactly 1 year since purchase. Onyx Black - very small dint on driver door. Otherwise no other major issues, no accidents or major repairs... small scrape on one of the alloy wheels, around 7-8 cm ish, full books, 2 keys, security tag... Needs to be sold by 1st week November pending arrival of my IS350... or else this car will be traded in... $46000 ONO The only reason i am selling this is that my other half does not want to keep a second Lexus in the garage and i have just bought the is350 yesterday... i'd be happy to get RWC or inspection.. but there really is nothing to fault in the car... it is due for its 30k service soon. It has aftermarket HID kit 8000k bulbs installed professionally and i have the original box for the kit. I am based in melbourne, im availiable most mornings and later in the evenings and would be happy to meet up for you to inspect the car If you or you have any friends who are interested in getting into a Lexus for a very reasonable price.... this would be the car to go for! Still 3 years left on factory warranty to 100,000 k's and Lexus Roadside assist... i had a fairly good trade in price, since it was a 09 built my10 specced is250 w emv, they worked very hard for me to get a good price!! kudos to them!!! i dont think the drop in value has filtered through yet, since there arent many is350s coming in as yet. but i just thought i'd jump the gum and get ahead now =) i got nothing off the DA price of my is350 tho ! nothing.. haha.. considering like if i dont buy it.. there are people lining up to.. haha =)

those prices sound right actally, i think those are pretty much a little above their actual cost price for lexus, it only issue would be getting allocated the actual cars, considering they dont have many coming in ! i was able to get a very good deal on my is250 when i purchased it a year or so ago on which i was able to obtain a very good D/A price on, quite similar to the amount of benefit offered by the employee pricing, just need to bargain hard =P

I have just purchsed the is350 f sport pack today and am expecting delivery 1st week november 82k driveaway thats damn good i would have expected at least 100k for its specs and options !

just purchased an is350 f sports sedan, after trading in my is250 =) will be picking up first week of november, will post pics up if i have a chance!!
