In the spirit of Japanese innovation, Lexus are asking customers around the world what they'd like to see from Lexus. Submissions close 31 May.

Looks like Lexus has been pleased with the response. Suggestions have included turbo hybrids, estate wagons, voice control (for more than just navigation) and even footrest construction. Then there's the requests to bring some things back, like manual transmission and ... gold badges.

Submissions to the Ideas Engine has now been extended to 30 June.

If you do make a submission, do let us know back in our forums what you suggested!

I posted the suggestion of television, ventilated seats standard or at least an option across all models and the need for more exterior approach lighting when vehicles are unlocked in the dark.

Have a lot of good ideas that have been standard-fare on a lot of other models for many years that I need to add too!

A diesel would be a good. A decent one, not the crap one they use in the EU.
