Rs300 Blown Motor

I was wondering if anybody knows if a seized cam shaft can be replaced on the 3 letter motor or do I have to replace the whole motor?

id say the motor would be cheaper than fixing it

When a camshaft seizes is means there was an interruption to the oil supply. If the timing belt snapped as a result the the motor will be toast as allthe valves would be bouncing on pistons.

I would think its a new motor or a major top end rebuild. Ask your Lexus dealer for the best advice.
