Legal Issues Running 10Inch Rear

Hey guys im about to buy adv.1 5.1 20x8.5 and 20x10 for my is250. My tyre guy has recommended i run a 225/35 on the front and a 255/35 or 255/30 on the rear. I dont want to go for the super stretched look, will this be ok? Also will this setup be legal in VIC ?

255 would be stretched on 10

pretty big stretch if i remember correctly

itll be morte of a stanced look than anything else

Don't know if this helps but I'm running 255/35 on my 18x10 rears and it doesn't look overly stretched.
