Hello All,

I am thinking about upgrading the ride quality on my 08 F and just saw these on the net:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/COILOVER-SUSP-KIT-LEXUS-IS250-IS350-IS-F-ISF-IS300-/150358382387?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Make%3ALexus&hash=item23020ed733&vxp=mtr

Anyone seen/tested these before? If so how do they compare to the KW v3?

sorry to say BC and KW dont go in the same sentence

BCs are good for the money that you pay
KW's are much higher priced coilovers and there is a reason for that
i went to KW from BC's and now im running penskes on my car

I guess depends what you define as good

For comfort yes they are far more comfortable

Handling there is improvement but not significant

Also if your isf is my11+ then bcs wont much difference other than height

Hi Danny,

I got a 08 IS-F, I find the ride are too stiff especially at the rear, Iam looking to get BC BR Coilovers do you know what spring rate i should be getting ? 10kg/8kg or the 12kg/10kg ?

What I want is comfortable ride through the bad Sydney streets like Parra rd... if i can transform the ride to be similar to Normal IS sports luxury that will be great for daily drive....

I dont want everyone inside feeling everything the car drive through on the road and slow way down on any humps....

Thanks in advance :)

Danny you mention you had BC Coils before what rate was it ? 10/8 ? and was it a lot less bouncy compare to the stock ?

I talked to BC Racing guy, he said they can custom make 12/10 for me, will take around 10 days.

My main concern is, I want the ride to be soft similar to IS Sports luxury, but since IS-F is abt 200kg heavier, will the 10/8 spring be too soft for the IS-F ? and affect the cornering too much.

has anyone using 10/8 spring rate for their IS-F ?

Thanks
