Dropped my car in for its 75k service.

And they gave me a brand new white IS250 FSport to hoon around in for the day.

NICE !

Now I want one. Only 8,000k I think left on mine till upgrade time!

Great!

Were you happy with the rest of the service experience? Speed of drop-off and pick-up? Communication (keeping you informed of the progress and/or what was completed)? Value for money?

Yeah I always find them pretty good.

Speed and communication is always good.

I always get nice cars to drive (maybe thats luck?)

Price..... well I come from background of building and maintaining racecars so I used to just service my own car at the same time as my racecar.

This is the first time I have paid for servicing in my life. My 75k is probably gonna end up around $800-1000 with the fuel filter and throttle bodies all carboned up.

No labour charges when you do it yourself.

But hey if you drive a Lexus you need to pay for the service. Beats the $15k service from Lamborghini and a 7 series to drive.
