I'm looking at getting some new rims, has anyone on here changed rims and offset...

they should be similar to 3IS and 2IS sepcs
19x8.5-9 fronts with around 30-40 offset 19x10 with high 30s to 40s offset should be good

I have, 20 x 8.5 and 20 x 10s

I'm a stickler for keeping to stock specs, but would consider going to 20's,..I just need convincing.....

How's the ride with the 20's and lower profile tyres?

Which brand of tyre and profile did you get?

the ride is as good as the 19s,ive also lowered mine with new springs.i went with Nitto iinvo tyres, 35 profile at  the front and 30 on the rears.

Did you have any issues with tyres rubbing front or rear..?

Does the change affect your speedo reading at all?

I do have rubbing on the front, not on the guard but the inner plastic arch, I've worn through the plastic.

I don't think it has changed the speedo, might have to wait for a cop to confirm.

I'm assuming it's the combination of the 20's and lowering the car that has caused the rubbing..

I might just run the 20's and leave the height stock...
