My car was hit by a Lexus Reg No. VK 888 which is a beige Lexus GS 430. my car was parked in the city CBD of Perth but 2 people saw the accident and both left notes with details of the other cars reg number.     I have reported to the Police but they will not release other drivers details due to privacy laws . Will this driver get away without paying for my damage, seem so.   If anyone in Perth knows who owns VK 888 please let me know. I will pay $50 for the information or donate to a charity if you prefer.
