Headlight bubbles in black inner coating near HID bulb

What can members tell me in regard this. Just noticed some in one of mine 

I tried a search but came up zero based on headlight bubbling, issues etc

Had both headlight paint bubble below lamps and behind glass on my 2011 250F sport. Replaced on warranty done years ago.

It's a known issue for MY11 DRL headlights, many reports on the US Lexus forum:

Lexus knows this "defect" but only replace them if car is still under warranty. Check with your dealer, you be able to workout a deal with them

I think the MY12 DRL had this fixed. - I have a MY12 Driver Side Headlight if you want a replacement.

It's an issue across all years 11 12 13 unfortunately.

Both the headlights on my 2011 IS-F have small bubbles in the black area near the HID projector. If it gets worse i will take the lights apart and respray them.

I wonder if Lexus will still replace them free?
