Where to order parts in Australia?
Hi all, New to here and hope to get some experts' ideas on the topics. I've got a 2023 rx350ah without a spare tyre set. I wish to convert it one with spare tyre, which is manufactured on the exact same model starting late 2023. I have the parts list. But when I contacted Lexus services, they refused to provide such services to neither order the parts in nor doing the the conversion. I am thinking either I may have to order the parts in from overseas myself or find someone in Australia who is willing to do the conversion with ordering the parts together. Anyone may have any idea if someone else in Australia may be possible to do this? Thanks in advance for any help. Cheers, -

Hello Neil, I am so thrilled it all worked out so well for you. I enjoy driving the NX300 at night now as my lights are so much better and it is so much easier to see the kangaroos ahead. ML Audio System in NX350 Cuts off at high volume
I have a MY24 NX350H with the Mark Levinson system, However, several times now when playing music loud (above 45), it randomly cuts out. The system is still running but the audio cuts out completely, including phone calls, screen beeps etc. Even switching off the power does not bring the sound back. The system has to cool. I drive long distances and when this occurs it is a pain. Have contacted my Lexus dealer and after several checks, they agreed to change the Amp. Even after this the problem did not go away. It happens if the system receives high power (Vol over 45). The dealer has now confirmed that there is a safety trip switch that cuts off the sound to avoid any damage to the amp, I understand this but the trip switch activates at less than 70% volume. I paid the extra 7K to get the EP2 which is primarily the ML system. The dealer has pretty much washed their hands off the problem and I am left with this poor quality product... I know not many people would listen to their Audio System over Vol 45. Please let me know if you have experienced a similar problem.
