Cause of valley plate coolant leaks
An American you tube posting claims the longer life pink coloured coolant is the cause of premature valley plate coolant gasket collapse & that this can be prevented with the shorter life red coloured coolant. Can anyone confirm the likelihood of this being true ? As the proud owner of a 2018 GS F with 40k kms I am keen to avoid this valley plate problem if possible & consider more frequent coolant replacements a small price to pay. -

Map Upgrade?
Hi Kenn, mine is a 2012, I did not pay the $200-300 upgrade for each map, just seemed like bad money, does mean my map is pretty funny at times. I just use Waze. It updated through the USB, I have not found a way to get around it but have not tried hard. Pretty sure if you empty your wallet at the Lexus service centre they can help you. Sorry I could not be of more help.
