USB doesn't come up in audio

I have just acquired a Lexus is250 2011, i cant connect my iphone to the usb in audio to play music through the speakers. I can answer my phone through the bluetooth system, I can charge my phone when I plug it into the usb port. Also in the setup section it seems to be missing the audio button.

usb ony plays through files in a usb stick

if you want to play music via ur phone you need to use aux cable
