Just noticed that the Satellite Navigation maps on my new NX350h are rather dated and do not provide accurate info on location  of traffic lights as well as speed and red light cameras. Checked with the Lexus dealership today and was told that Lexus have a new map provider and the new maps are not as good as the old ones. I have a friend with a Toyota Hilux and the maps are way more accurate apparently unlike the Lexus they use the previous map supplier. I was told by the dealer that there is nothing I can do about it.  That’s really not acceptable nor good enough from the premium brand of Toyota.  Has anyone else encountered this issue? A very small complaint but it’s very annoying and disappointing.

They shouldn’t be. Toyota Hilux maps are pretty accurate. Lexus should do better. Pretty disappointing.
