Anyone imported a RX450h?

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone has imported a rx450h 4th gen recently? 

Interested to understand whether the dash and infotainment system can all be adjusted to English?

Anyone have a view on benefits/negatives.of the difference between the 4WD and Japanese 2WD version?

is it even possible?

my understanding only way it can be done is australia is either personal import

or a period where it wasnt released in australia

for the 4th gen RX it was released same time as japan
