Hi all, Just got myself a JIC Magic Strut Brace (Used) from Asia, thanks Aaron (Hoon) for the trouble free installation :). I quickly took the car for a spin in Whitford and I can say 1 thing, it stunned me!!! it's suprising how 1 piece of aluminum can make so much difference!!! the car handle alot better at country roads...thanks to the JIC strut brace!!! it is lighter compare than most because they are made of aluminum rather than steel. The car are more balanced at corners and you can feel it grips alot more, well more raggid!!! The chassis are now more balanced and I have to say it is worth every penny, 1 bad news for myself is that it rubs my engine because it is really made for the IS200 / Altezza, so eventually soon I will have to replace it with a ProLex which will cost me a absolute fortune!!! :(, Pics will be up soon!!! arh, thats the same as the stock RS200 Altezza springs... we do not have sports version downunder so I have no idea... Matt :)

OK, I got more info on these, Toyota have made 2 versions, 1 for prior July 2001 and one after, unfortunaly the prior to 2001 ones are no longer in production!!! so only people with a Lexus IS200/300/ Altezza Gita or an Altezza made after 2001 July can get them fitted, unless you can bent the clips on the back and I can supply some 3M double adhensive I can supply to stick it on then it will be fine!!! what do you think guys? intakes for the IS200 is worst than drop in filters!!! there are no headers for the IS200 as far as I know, the cost to buy a supercharger (TTE) you will rather buy an IS300...lolz... Matt :)
