Blacky Posted July 4, 2011 Posted July 4, 2011 Thanks to one of my neighbours I need to get my front bumper repainted. Looking at the Lexus approved repairers, there are a number to choose from in Melbourne and was wondering if anyone has had first hand experience with any of them. Get a quote from Correct Repair in North Melbourne and they list as repaint in Enamel. Is that correct, enamel not two pak?? I have no idea which paint they are to use, so thought someone might know. Cheers.
isi250 Posted July 4, 2011 Posted July 4, 2011 2pak is enamel. Your thinking of the old style enamel which I dont think anyone would use anymore.
Subby Posted July 6, 2011 Posted July 6, 2011 Last month I had to get my car rear bumper repaired as a no-fault insurance job (AAMI). Got a Lexus-approved repairer (Blackburn) to quote - they didn't get the job which was done by Recreational Panels Box Hill - brilliant result - can't tell the difference. Hope this helps Subby
