Do all but the spark plugs. And when they are due, demand that a mechanic with a torque wrench removes them. Some dealers claim the plug is stuck and will cost $2k to remove and re-thread ... while in fact the dealer has just left them there awaiting an extra $2k.

There is an used is300h that I am interested to purchase but there is one issue. The vehicle was not driven for more than 2 years.
My question, is it a good idea to purchase this vehicle? And what should I look out for when inspecting the vehicle?
I am planning to do the battery life expectancy test using Dr.Prius and full diagnostic run on OBD decker.
