LED headlight - results?

Hi all

I am the new owner of a 2011 IS250 Prestige. It comes with Projector low beam and Halogen high beams.

1. I prefer the whiter light of LED's and would like to upgrade both lights to LEDs if possible. Has anyone already done this - and how did it go?
2. It looks as though the Projector bulbs are buried in front fenders - is this a Lexus dealer only path??

any H11 LEd bulbs will do 

cheaper they are the less performance you get from the lights

changing bulb is easy on the is250

alot of diy tutorials on youtube fb etc
