Just picked a 2014 IS350 Luxury, where to start with mods?

Hi everyone, I have recently just picked up a 2014 IS350 luxury. I wanted to make some minor changes to improve responsiveness, looks and weight without spending an unreasonable amount. I have about 2-2.5k to spend on all the mods. I was wondering where I should start and what mods people found to be most impactful.
