Concept photos of the LF-C shown at the New York Show. The FR 4 seater coupe is Lexus's answer to the Z4, about the same size as the Altezza but wider, making it a true sports car. Body dimension is (L x W x H): 4540mm x 1855mm x 1360mm on a 2975mm wheelbase.

The LF-C is an extension of the Altezza range which already has a sedan and wagon model. Fitted with a V8 DOHC engine (specs not released) combined with a sequential type 6AT F1 style gear shift and drive by wire steering. Production may also see either an inline 4 or 6 engine available as well. The IS300 has the uniqueness of being a coupe, targa top and convertible with the touch of a button. The automatic roof closes in two stages, with the roof and rear window portion divided. It allows the roof to be closed and tucked away for the targa look, and with both the roof and the rear tucked away the IS300 transforms into a stylish convertible.

A big point of the IS300 is the interior center console running through from the front to the rear, with the display and controls hidden under the transparent console. The Lexus coupe sits on a massive 245/35ZR20 front tires and 285/30ZR21 rear tires. Due to be released in Japan named as the IS300 in August 2005, around the same time as the next Altezza.

Yeah the back is very nice and the neon like inside I dont like.
