nat Posted April 20, 2008 Share Posted April 20, 2008 Lexus IS250 both side mirrors are cracked and need relacing.Windscreens O'Briens can replace the mirror glass but they want us to take the whole mirror and it's casement in.Wondering if there was an easy way of dismantelling them.Thought that maybe we could just get the glass cut and fit it back in ......Any hepful advice would be most appreciated.......thanks. If you replace just the glass, you will lose the heater in the side mirror, not that I have used mine as yet, but I guess I haven't owned my car during a Winter as yet.
