Does your battery have enough charge? Low battery can also trigger alarms to go off as well.

Also I remember Lexus telling me something about the pressure sensor in the front seats for the alarm when I bought the car or something similar - Might be something in the manual regarding this.

Intrusion sensor ! someone tried to steal your car, man

But it was locked in my garage and there is no evidence of any tampering. Car was also locked and no tampering there either. None of my kids sleep walk ;)

Jomster mentioned battery or sensor. Battery seems fine, maybe sensor.

My phone was not in the car, was about 15 metres away.

Any other thoughts?

If it happens again I'll give the service department a call.

funny you shpould mention this...a few nights ago the alarm went off for no reason at all at about 1-2 in the morning. Had a look and there was nothign to be seen, then again at about 5-6 in the morning, went out and everything was fine...strange...
