  1. Anyone know indicative costs for getting a full header -> tip exhaust system built, for arguments sake with the Trust Power ExtremeII rear, stainless, 2.5"? Are we talking a couple of grand?
  2. Yeah, and especially good if friends or other people have to drive your car for some reason. :)
  3. Huzzah! Happy birthday! Thanks all, and esp. to Matt&Matt&Kevin. :-] (PS - heh, nice avatar, jase)
  4. I have it turned off more than I have it on...! So, would there be a simplish way to do this - anyone tried?
  5. http://phj.at/Chrom/ :D Looks great....
  6. Oh my god, that's insane.... :-o Imagine trying to keep it clean, unsmudged and un-fingerprinted!
  7. Hmm, interesting. I'm guessing maybe there's some uncertainty in the measurements - perhaps only accurate +/- 5%?
  8. Haha , think I'll pass on that one dude. *smile* "My xenons are brighter'n yours, nah nah nah nah nah"
  9. Someone sucks at reading... *grin*
  10. I stand corrected then. Anyway, gwin - if you're going to get the rest done aftermarket, aren't you going to be bound by the aftermarket limit anyway? And I don't know about you, gwin, but the tints in my Altezza aren't that dark really, so I have NO idea how you could think it was 25%... :-o
  11. That's not Drftit's Altezza he was selling, by chance? Or maybe he's not selling it now... Yay for more young people mortgaging their futures and buying Altezzas eh Diane? :D :D
  12. It can't be 25% as for a regular vehicle such as an Altezza, the legal limit in NZ is 35%. From a manufacturer's point of view, I suspect one would be somewhat conservative as different countries have different limits and so forth. I guess 45% makes sense.
  13. Excuse my usual ignorance - what's the deflector from Solace? :D
  14. Welcome Ben - glad you find the obsessive ranting useful! :P For the bodykits, I suggest you check the Toyota section at http://www.takakaira.com/aerokits/aerokitindex.asp - you should be able to see pics of all the different kits. Depending on how much you want to pay, you can probably get most of them into NZ somehow! :D
  15. Best way is to upload to the gallery and then post a link here to the individual image, possibly using the image button. :-)
  16. Aesthetics, dude. Having seen how good they look there - I'm gonna do mine I think :D Go nicely with the calipers!
  17. According to what I think frylai told me earlier, they're 45%. However, I plan to get my fronts done with 35% - one would hardly notice the difference between them I'm guessing.
  18. Heh, nah, it's just limp from over-stimulation. :-p Actually, I have no idea why it's bent like that. As for the rest of the kit - probably isn't sliding on anytime soon! I don't really like the rear half of the C-West kit, so I'd have to mix it with something else. And besides, too many other things to do first! :-]
  19. I'm just happy because my information was correct. *smile* Huzzah!
  20. Huh? I was under the impression that the Z and L edition RS200 manuals had them as well as them being available on some AS200s and some autos as options. Reference: http://www.japanvehicles.com/newcars/toyot.../equipRS200.htm
  21. 18 x 7.5 at the front... seems kinda wrong to go down to smaller tyres! :D
  22. Wicked Keith - that's useful info - you should add it to one of teh useful info threads! Mine are the TRD Sportivo bars...
  23. We meet again, Daniel. :-] I can't offer a factory one, but I have a spare bright red misc. brand one if you want it! :D
