Have you looked into intakes? I was contemplating a cat back for my old IS250 but put on a Takada intake and decided I didn't need a cat back anymore, the on throttle sound was awesome.

I installed the Xforce system today.
Got to say its great value for money. Buying a system that cheap and having a Father that fabs some real quality systems I honestly was expecting it to be worse than it is. The welds arent fantastic but it sounds excellent and flows fine. Picked up some noticable mid range kick and loving the throttle blips on down shifts.
Yep my thoughts exactly, fitment wasn't exactly spot on and I had to use new rubber hangers but the sound was bang on what I had hoped for.

Happy to wait mate thanks again

Welcome! Nice pick up mate looks magnificent. Sounds like we've got a bit in common, ISF owners in SA and into detailing though I don't do it professionally anymore.
I should swing past sometime and show you my wet sand orange peel removal on my 2012 F. You may have seen it if you were at AJD.

Would you take $100 posted on the compartment mate?
edit: just re-read this post, didn't realise it was a group buy lol! Yeah put me down for one too mate

Just a quick one, NS400 front pads. Any difference between an 07-10 ISF and 11-14 ISF? Their listings only show up to 2010 so I'm a little confused if they'll be ok on a MY2012
edit: never mind I think what the listing is saying is 2007/10 onwards.

Cquartz UK on my ISF, it's not too bad. You will still need to wash properly to avoid swirls, I use a foam lance then two-bucket method.
Heres an example shot after I spent 8 weeks (on/off wet sanding, jewelling and finally ceramic coating). Looks mint !

Was gonna say that's fairly normal ain't it?

Isopropyl alcohol all the way. Wiped down with a clean microfibre cloth.

Just an fyi, someone is organising a group buy on clublexus forums for limited run start buttons. And they will ship to Australia.
A few different variations available. Pricing will be around the $130us mark.

My bad.. looks like you have a Gen6/7 unit.

Requires a dealer to install via the USB port.

Nice one Monyx good find.

I understand they now provide map updates via SD Card. There's typically a bezel that pops out from the dash (may require use of two pins to access) and an SD Card Slot.

Is that australia wide mate?
-
That's unfortunate. I'll ask the sales manager in SA next time I'm in for service.

Hi guys,
Can anybody tell me how many ISFs were sold in Australia? I come across ISFs so rarely, maybe once or twice a year.

On a side note, can I ask where you guys are ordering your swift springs from? I'm having trouble finding a set locally.

Quite happy with it but I've not heard a Joez in person so can't make an exact comparison. Build quality is good, the fit could be a little better but it's mass produced so that's to be expected. It does sound epic however. here's a clip of mine.

In that case have a look at the xforce cat back for the is350. It's essentially what I have on my ISF and would highly recommend it - quite a lot of bang for buck and not droney at all.
