I like the first set (whats on my ride) but I'm not a fan of them in silver, I think they look a lot better in the shadow chrome that I *think* started with with the 08 models. Although, I'm also a fan of the second set, but I think they'd look better in a shadow chrome too.. OEM but with a personalised touch.

I recommend Lingane Auto Body Repairs @ Hornsby. These guys know their stuff, and a sizeable part of their business is classic vehicle restoration. When getting quotes for other jobs on previous cars, I also noticed they didn't cut corners and replaced manufacturer-specified 'single use parts' like certain clips etc that other repairers will often reuse... They actually looked the part details up and noted that the clips etc were single use only - A big plus in my opinion. They also do all sorts of things like plastic welding, paintless dent removal etc.. It's a decently sized workshop. The manager Adam is a genuinely nice bloke, and has a good eye for attention to detail.. You can tell he actually cares about what he does. On a side note, they have a GS300 about to undergo a repair that took a moderate front end hit - The radar cruise control sensor is a $9000 part, with headlights expected to be around the $4k+ range! Lingane Auto Body Repairs LOWER LEVEL 37A KING RD, HORNSBY, NSW, 2077 Phone:phone (02) 9476 1663 I've used Nathans previously for my 06 Maxima, and wasn't too impressed.. Although the sapphire black is a tricky colour to match (at the time there was only one other model with the same pearl, it had to be ordered from overseas at a supposed $800/L!) there were a lot of paint runs around panel edges, and some underspray on certain mountings where the OEM part was painted... Along with a dodgy boot lock install that never ended up matching up, the repair was easily visible, even to an untrained eye. When I enquired as to the quality of the repair, before even leaving the workshop, I was told that I'd have to book it in again for a later date to be fixed!? I got the overall impression & feel that these guys are more a 'volume' workshop just churning out insurance jobs.

The guy also mentioned they're starting to do IS250 tuning? When I asked about gains he said in the order of 10-15%, and pricing is expected to be around the $1k mark... I was under the impression that IS250 ECUs are locked and fuel map modifications aren't possible? I also saw a black IS250 with TOM's wheels on it as I left.. Looked pimp!

I was in the area and dropped in today to have a rattle and a couple of other minor things checked out.. Very very impressed by the service and attitude of the staff here, it was all very polite and unassuming, no question was deemed silly and the guys were very proactive in getting the problem fixed - It was basically 'no worries, sorry that has happened, we'll order a new one for you'. The finishing touch was that the car was washed and vacuumed (It was pretty damn filthy with all this rain) even though I didn't purchase it from there.. Highly recommended, I think I'm going to be doing all my servicing there from now on! I didn't want to ask, but do they give massages there or something too? I saw a sign that said "lex massage you"?

mate we were there till after 10pm. Ah *BLEEP*, I just re-read the thread and saw the bit about tennis courts. I went down to the basketball courts next to the gym and even drove down to the area around SAMBar to see if you guys were there. Sucks, because I ended up chilling at a mates place, who lives in the MQ uni village.
