with the burned smell.. I just had the same issue with my car (rubber burned smell).. and manage to found out apparently it's coming from underneath the car where the exhaust pipe line are.. it caught a plastic bag or something.. and it's melting.. (could be I've driven pass a plastic bag on the road or something..) would've thought it would passed through underneath the car.. NOT.. i got the service centre to scrape it off for me.. and the smell is gone now.. with the creaking.. are you sure it's coming from the rear suspension? nothing from the interior? M

Danny, So I need to compare these 2 (below) and see which one is interchangeable? by the look of it, I need everything on the front bumper except, - 52611 (Front bumper bracket) - 52131A (Front Bumper Protection Bar) and I'm guessing they will come un-painted as well? Normal Front Bumper F-Sport Front Bumper

I was given a rx350 SL loaner the other day.. And it was smooth as hell..(the engine noise, transmission, power delivery..) I kinda imagining your 450h is probably even smoother..

Thanks for the reply Paul.. Looks like it's going to cost more than I would expected for a front bumper swap.. Just had a look at the RX-270 X edition and thinking if it worth to upgrade rather than DIY.. List of additional optional on top of normal RX (without additional cost on rrp) - Heated & Cooled Front Driver & Passenger seats - Front Sports Bumper & 19" Sports Rims (same like Sports Lux model) - AFS Headlight - Key Card - Head Up Display Damn...I should have waited for this one... Just hoping they would able to update the current RX with Enform (without any charge..)

Hi, Wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to do a front bumper change to the F-Sport / Sports Luxury from the normal RX ? (Currently own a RX-270) I tried asking Lexus of Chatswood, they're quoting $5k for a front bumper swap.. (Not including labour) I really like the more aggresive front bumper, but i think its a bit over the top for $5k.. :( Thanks, P0c1

I got a Nokia Lumia with a free Pandora Radio app, Currently I have it connected with no problem through bluetooth, and im able to skip songs, control volume and show it metatags ( song, album, artist) And it have great quality sound.. Hope it helps anyone.. P0c1

Had read some review about the new IS line up. Yup could confirm the new RX have BT audio and DAB But missed out on Enform app support that our US friends have..

Hey Lance.. Someone keyed my car when I parked in the Sydney CBD (off street parking) during new year weekend, the damage was on 3 seperate panel.. Went to North Shore Classic One at Artarmon to get a quote, ended up going through insurance (COST too much) and they going to re-paint whole body (minus the roof) which end up costing around 8K + cost of hire car.. The reason they end up re-paint the whole body maybe because our white pearl colour is so hard to match..(brand new vs old paint) i guess.. That's why you go for comp insurance.. ps: My premium won't go up, because it's fall under vandalism... (not my fault) M

Yup.. It's a Prestige with EMV pack..By the look of it, The SL model, has the interior wood trim panel, Memory seats and steering wheels positioning, Adaptive Xenon headlight, electric rear sun blind, etc.. If i were you, I'll be looking this chance to upgrade the wheels while getting set of new tyres as well.. Maybe 18" or 19" (if you have the extra cash..) Good luck..!!
