Hello, Congrats on the fitting of your kits. The fuse blowing issue could be caused by the current draw of your ballasts at startup. I have had to use up to a 20amp fuse per side to stop the fuse blowing. Some kits even give you upgrade fuses. From memory i think the ballast put out 27000 in the start up phase so it obviously will draw a fair bit of current for the first few seconds. Cecil

Hi all, The only sound coming out of mine is a loose tappet type sound, like a ticking noise all the time. It seems to come from around the rear of the rh bank. There is a cylindrical type of arrangement at the back of the rh head and it seems to be coming from there. The noise is louder than the engine itself. Has anyone else heard this noise? I just dont want to make a fool of myself complaining about something that is normal although it does not sound normal. My car was built, July 07

Yes, the Canberra dealer has one set up as a demo. I didn't want to drive it just in case, if you know what I mean

i was speaking to the dealer in Canberra today about the 250 - 350 He said that their Is250 customers are predominately retired couples. I nearly smacked him LOL. He said for that reason they wont expect to sell many is350's. From my own experiences, I have found that GS model hangs around in the retirement villages more than IS. Your thoughts??

Hi all I musty say, i have only had my is250 for about 3 days but gee im enjoying it. Im also enjoying this forum immensely. There is so much info on here its great. I have seen a few of your cars have the rear lip fitted(the one that goes around the zorsts.) Are you all using the genuine one or is there a better one available? Hi Steven Please just make sure you get all information you can and if in doubt leave it well alone. There is plenty of these around with clean bills of health. The car may have been repaired well but with so many things not right you would have to worry. If they have left the parts you can see unfinished, one would have to worry what the parts are like that you can't see. Be really careful mate Darren

It seems to have had an interesting life. Do you have any history on it? Hood lining insecure would mean its had some fairly major repair around the roof area. I would probably leave it alone IMO cecil

I know this is probable a ridiculous question but can you tell me the page where it says that? (edit, ive found it. it was on page 222) Can members let me know, when they go into reverse and the rear camera goes on, when they come out of reverse, what screen does it go to? Cheers Cecil

I must say that i am real impressed with the amount of time that they have put into designing the car. So many things that aren't so much gadgets but useful features that make the driving experience so much nicer. i thought the liberty was quality, this lexus is a step up again. Hi All, Well this is my first post on here. I have just purchased a 07 sports luxury, crystal mist, used and with 20000k's. I am really happy with the car. It almost thinks for you. Previously I owned a 05 subaru liberty 3.0r and was happy with that but it was getting a bit long in the tooth! One thing that does annoy me about this car is when I reverse and the camera goes on, after i come out of reverse, the screen stays with the Nav. Is there a setting I need to change to get it to revert back to the screen it was on before i selected reverse or is this the way it is. The same thing sort of happens when I use the Bluetooth.
