  1. Nothing wrong with PPE headers or the JoeZ exhaust.   I cannot think of any problems they cause.  unless you call more power & a great sound a problem.     They even sound good when you’re driving around in traffic, & the drone is not to bad once you get a few thousand km on them.  it’s only loud if you rev the ISF out, & then it does sound great.   you can even get a varex type exhaust so it can be quiet if you want.   that’s the price you pay for extra kw, & they all add up, with or without a tune.  my tune was under $1800.oo, money well spent.       The RR Racing tune is even cheaper.

if you want a quiet vehicle get a GS or LS.

  2. Good news, that’s a good upgrade from your IS250, just a little bit more power. lol.   you will enjoy the ISF.

Yes Lexus of Chatswood are good, they look after my babies.

I’ve been doing 2 track days a year with them, between May & September ish.  I like the cooler weather.   they are so much fun, & they get all the speeding out of your system.   Hopefully see you at a track day next year.

    Happy ISF motoring.

  3. Driving around Sydney suburbs, I’m around 14 to 16L/100km.    on the highway as long as you use the cruise control, windows & sunroof closed, & drive like a nanny, the best I’ve had is 7.3L/100km.  always under 8L/100km to Canberra & back, unless you use the loud pedal.   The most fun was at the track (eastern creek) where I managed to get 178km to a full tank.    fuel economy did get better after the header & exhaust install.

I'm now the new owner of ISFBlokes's old car. (MY11 Black), car already has PPE header and the last owner had the JoeZ exhaust fitted, Dyno tuned at 275kw at the wheel.

The performance and the sound is unreal, you guys will love it!

With PPE and JoeZ, this setup removes all the CATs. After driving it for a week, honestly I'm a bit sick of the constant smell and drone below 2500RPM.

congratulations on the ISF, you will enjoy it.   they are a fun vehicle, & they just keep on going.    I remember ISFBloke & his ISF.   did a few track days through Lexus at Eastern Creek, & one at Wakefield with him.    you could get a varex type of exhaust to make it quieter when you need.    I like the way the PPE headers and JoeZ exhaust sounds.   it is a bit loud if I leave home early in the morning, but such is life.

  5. Last year when mine was on the dyno, I ended up with 288kw (386hp) atw’s.    with the new header group buy that is happening,  it will be good to see what they end up with on the dyno.   if they end with the magic 300kw,  I’ll have to go back & see if Sonny can tweak some more out of mine.   they must be learning some more about the ecu over time,  one can only hope.

It would be good to see what “Gregorydarcy” RR Racing tune ended up with atw’s.

Going to 'the farm' up the coast. Doing it with the F Club. This track is privately owned so is invite only - rated in the top 5 tracks world wide 😳

Excellent news. I will also be attending an F Club event at the farm.   I have been there once before back in 2012, it’s very nice.   less than 2 week to go, see you there.

  7. I went to a track day at Eastern Creek in the ISF,  tested out the RR Racing usrs bushes, & there air/oil separator.    the usrs bushes work well, & made the steering feel much better.   the air oil separator also worked a treat, it was over ½ full twice on the day, & it stopped all that oil going through the motor.      It was a good day.     here are 2 laps.
