Brake Pads

I know there is plenty of old topics covering pads. But has any one recently bought intermediate dustless pads they can recomend.

Bought 2011 IS250 standard pads from Danny's race car and they seem to dust less (but still dust none the less) and brake well too.....also i believe US had the standard oem dustless pad option? I'm sure you already know of that but just in case

dont forget the calipers helped out alot too bro

4 pots or standard?

If standard, the dustless US pads are amazing. Bite is better than standard AU pads too.

yes the calipers at the front were changed to 2011 calipers, slightly different in design and dare i say the pots a little bigger....i assume constant refinement goes into each new release of a car and this is probably what i experienced.....

In saying that though, heard really good things as above of the US dustless OEM pads....

I tried a local dealer... they plead ignorance to the part number, so I had to get them from Sewell. Around $125 landed.

Yep - have asked a couple of time about this. Lexus dealerships in this country can not / will not source OEM low-dust pads. Lexus Australia have not endorsed them as a supplied part or something to that effect.

That's quite poor from Lexus Aus. Looks like I'll have to go through Sewell, thanks for clearing that up guys :)

If you go thru Sewell, their shipping prices are ridiculous. I used www.priceusa.com.au to bring them in for me. Much cheaper than Sewell's quote for shipping.
