hey guys

i was just wondering how much everyone paid for their IS250's

and also if it was new or used, if used how many km's??

sorry if im butting into personal info, but i wanna find a good price for a used IS250

around a 2007 - 08 model with less than 50,000km, preferably under 30,000

either a Prestige with EMV pack or a Sport or even a X model

i saw this REALLY nice '07 IS250 X in black with 24,000km for $53,000

but i wont be getting my car for a while, :( :( :(

my mum said she's not paying more than 50K,

so i should be able to get a IS250 Prestige with EMV for under that i think

maybe a '06 or '07 model, cuz i also need to save a bit for some mods, like taking the resinator off and new exhaust tips, and a set of nice rims and new tyres

With 50K you could get a pretty good Luxury Sports i recon.

I had to buy all my previous cars with my own money even on the casual peanut wage I was earning back then.

I don't think you'll get many answer that.....

Besides if they bought more than a couple months ago its not really relevant as the market changes...especially since the import tarriffs went down January 1st and most new cars came down in price.

lol.... $70000 new with 6 month wait when the car was first released so no doubt that wont be helpful! :-(

Well, I didn't pay it 'myself' as I get a car allowance through work, and that's paying for it, but I picked up my fully optioned 08 Sport in October with 7000km on it for $58K.

I got offered a 2008 X for $45k in December. only 6,000km in that light blue colour. was mint.

I wanted a SL though.

Mate I bought mine last week from Brissy. 2005 Lexus IS250 Sports with EMV and 80K on the clock for only $35,000. You should easily get a Sport Luxury for 50K with low Ks

and its not really MY car, its my mums, but she takes the train to work (we live in milsons point, 1 station away from city) so i'll be taking it to school (its like 30 mins on the train)

my mum will probs use it just if she has to go out for something, but i'll be driving it 80% of the time, :D

The last line sounds just like my car - late '06 EMV, removed resonator, exhaust tips, rims... plus lowering
