Can go down to Barrel bros down in milperra. Should only cost you like $300 max for a wheel. Maybe even cheaper, i'm not too sure.

Mine was like this too but it was the driver side. All i did was took it out and put it back in and it works perfectly fine now. You can give that a try if you havent done so. It shouldn't cost you too much, i think about $50-$150 max.

Kumho KU 31/39! Cheap for it's range. Grips well in rain and dry. The size of the tyre wouldn't make much of a difference at all. I'm running a 245/40/17 / 265/40/17 And it's completely fine.
