Lexus Airbag recall Take 2

Notified today of a 2nd recall to replace passenger airbag replaced in previous recall on my IS350 2011 for a 2nd time.

I thought I read during the time of the first recall that faulty bags had been sent out as replacements and would need re-doing in the future.

I guess that time has finally arrived.

Same here. Got the notice the other day. 

They replaced the faulty airbag with another faulty airbag haha. At least I got a free car wash out of the whole process 😛

I booked my 2007 250 in three weeks ago and the earliest i appointment i could get was feb 24

Got my 2nd recall done late last year. didnt bother me too much as the lexus dealer is 2 min drive from work. got a free brand new loan car to put around in for a day plus a car wash 😄

 

And somehow i had driven over a nail which they noticed and fixed for me too. good job lexus!
