  1. i'll make some video's soon, but my license is suspended at the moment, but i should be able to do a few runs down my street, but all i have to record is my iphone. also check out my youtube videos ^ that's with the exhaust unbolted, just after the resonator, so basically resonator AND muffler delete + my intake, so its pretty *BLEEP* loud. (also, i redlined 2nd a bit in that video LOL)
  2. IMO you won't really notice the loss in power and it's not like the 250's are fast anyway. but each to their own. if you just want a nice sound try finding someone with the Apexi already on a IS250 or even 350 so you have a clearer idea what the sound will be like. that's the downside of universal mufflers, not knowing what the car will sound like. also. i have a resonator delete on my car and it's noticeable from the outside of the car (kinda sounds like stock BMW exhaust, just a quiete, nice crisp sound) i would get muffler delete aswell, but it's way too loud, espically as i'm on my P's and coppers already pick on me for driving a Lexus on my green P's, dont really need that much more attention. Ideal would be either a single pipe straight pipe and put on a rear bumper from a IS220d from europe, or cover one side of the bumper, but that's too much effort just for an exhaust IMO. i'm gonna wait till i can find a good deal on a used exhaust somewhere in sydney haha
  3. http://www.clublexus.com/forums/suspension-and-brakes/530252-megan-ez-coilovers.html thats a clublexus thread on the megan ez coils. seems alright IMO. i mean for the price you'll probs not get a better deal! if you do decide to go with these coils, gimme a heads up when you sell your road magnets! :D
  4. i got a '07 IS250 Sports aswell. all sports models come with stock 4300k xenons. D4S. found some 6000k D4S bulbs on ebay, i need to replace mine soon aswell
  5. hey, sorry guys for the late replies. the performance increase is not noticeable at all while driving, there MAY be a small increase in performance, but you would not notice while driving. IMO, it would be more for the sound. You cannot hear it while driving "normally" everyday, but as soon as you give it full throttle and it goes past 3500rpm that's when the induction noise kicks in. Even when my mum drives the car, she never knew about the induction noise for a few months, until she was in the car with me driving.
  6. this :D HAHAHA but yeh, danny should be able to help you out. hope you get it solved soon and you to the meet tomorrow!! i wanna hear it :)
  7. im guessing its gonna be the same carpark as last time? btw Chubz, car looks hot man! love the grill
  8. nice, i'll see you guys there :D
  9. damn, i was excited for this one haha
  10. hey guys. time to sell my Fujita Intake and go back to stock for now. the Fujita intake is the loudest intake that you can get for the IS250 (we've tested it at a meet, haha) but still silent while normal driving. Only when your over 3500rpm and at full throttle will you hear the induction sound. i'd prefer a local buyer. im located in Sydney thanks! i'll take pic's tomorrow and then post em on here $100 ono
  11. nice, finally i can make this one :D
  12. i drive a 07 IS250 and my doors lock when i go over 25km/h and unlock when i put it in Park
  13. i find that the BMW and Merc HID's are bluer than the Lexus ones i would go for 6000k! i have the stock 4300k Lexus HID's and there too white, wish they just had a ting of blue
  14. yeh i have ebay LED ones, and so do a few other members. I can say for mine that it was straight plug and play the fitment was spot on, so issues at all been over a year now since i put them in and no problems i've also smokes my indicators with 2 coats of nightshade spray. which gives em a nice touch. i'll post pics soon
  15. I thought you were pretty handy with it ... Your IS looked pretty darn good slammed ... i got a job! :D so i think my first pay is gonna go into coilovers :D and slam the bishh
  16. i think the bass is good for a stock system, even better (as in louder, bassier, watever you want to call it) than some aftermarket options i want to add two 10" subs too the boot, but then the boot space is just way too small
  17. there are genuine IS-F and there are the ebay ones (like IS-F ones, but with LED'd for the brake light) the ebay ones are around 300~ shipped, genuine ones are more like 500 i would like the feeling of having OEM IS-F lights, but the LED ones look better IMO (each to their own)
  18. yep, happened to me aswell i wasn't at fault in the crash (the dumb *BLEEP* was going the opposite way, ran across double lines and didnt indicate and didnt look either, police came and decided i was not at fault), so no excess for me to pay which is good, but no car for a while :(
  19. White IS-F with custom plates (all 9's and 0's) and stickers on the front fenders, also had black rims at Gordon, parked outside Woolworths, looked HOT!
  20. yeh man, it looks HOT like that i think queenstreet did a car with suicide doors in the rear aswell my mate has em done on his LS400, so funny because people walk up the car and look for the door handles, LOL oh, and sorry, but i dunno anything about electronics, so i'm no help :(
  21. i think he means, basically have them taken off so the door panels are all flat like this
  22. aww man :( when i had my incident, quite a while ago, Lexus Chatswood Service Centre offered to replace the front bumper for 1000$ hope this helps

  24. i agree with the wipers, mine are pretty slow to react, and either go too slow or too fast (i've tried adjusting with the little thing you twist on the left stalk) but, my lights work flawlessly
