Hi everyone, i notice my car is a bit jerky when changing gear from 1st - > 2nd, especially at low speed. The gear change is just not smooth at all. Its just happening on 1st - > 2nd, other gear changes are quite smooth. Is it normal ?

Danny bro, got tight up this weekend, couldn't drive out meet you. Still got bunch of questions about the IS250, body-kit, exhaust etc.

Seeing we got a few more new IS250 owners on-board. I bet we all need the community support to help understand our car. So really looking forward to the next group meeting mate!

Hi Kyo, i believe my car has the same problem too. I have searched the forum regarding to this issue, it seems like its the common problem (esp for 06-07 models).

When i bring the car for service (Lexus one), i will ask them to do the inspection in relation to this engine noise issue.

New Problem! - Problem 8

OK, this is the first Lexus I own, so please excuse my paranoid suspicions...

On the way home today, I noticed the car is making clicking noise constantly. It didn't seems to be this noisy when I first brought the car two weeks ago, but again I usually have loud music playing... boom boom pow!

So I poped the hood and found the noise is coming from the engine bay, click click clicking cking.... or (dadadadadadaaa......)

So I did some searches and found people who have experienced the same noise came up with three possibilities:

No Danny. Most of my electrical products at home are Samsung...i dunno why i always buy its products too.
