  1. Awesome, few quick mods and a great car turns into something you wont ever want to sell. I always thought i would be in the ISF for a couple of years and upgrade to something else, but i dont actually know if i could ever sell now after having it for a few years. Trouble free motoring and its a blast to drive!
  2. The service centre is just down the road from me, ill get a nice loan car to tryout, cost me nothing.. I couldn't care less haha! My ISF is booked in for about a months time, as thats what suited me. If needed they even pickup and drop off my car, whats not to love!
  3. I had a similar problem in my ISF but we couldn't find it.. Turned out to be a slightly cracked intake tube, allowing more air into the engine (post maf sensor) which caused the occasional "skip". So check the intake piping to make sure that there is not any excess air getting in maybe.
  4. Oh this was giving me the absolute irrits, and only came up since the last (major) service a few weeks ago. SO GLAD I SAW THIS THREAD! Can confirm on a 2009 ISF this is all good, thanks again
  5. Oh nooooo that's terrible to hear! Look forward to a big explanation and update..
  6. Awesome.. I should be seeing it tomorrow morning, can't wait!
  7. Phoar.. Much more special car than the RR Sport.. What a beast! Exhaust and update please. Also, maybe a cheeky supercharger.. haha!
  8. Make sure you pop a nice exhaust on that beast, then share some pics and vids!! You probably will have to get something custom, not a lot on the market i dont think, which just means something special. I personally couldnt go past the aircon seats haha! Enjoy that monster
  9. Yeah thats real, they have actually supercharged an RCF at RR Racing, and there is a company in Japan who have both supercharged and TWIN SUPERCHARGED an RCF. Insane. Search on Youtube, there are vids of it running and revving..
  10. Its done! Operational in USA, and i think Sonny at Autowerks is finalising it in NSW..
  11. Bump.. Final price reduction of $300, thats cheap..
  12. There is a fella over in the states pushing the boundaries on the GSF, and is intent on building "the best GSF in America". As a future GSF owner (hopefully!) i find the thread a great read. Most exciting is the confirmation of RR Racing have the GSF ecu tune operational.. So not long until we can see the full bolt on (FBO) numbers with the slightly enhanced 5 litre than what i have in the ISF. Very exciting times for GSF owners!! http://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-f-2016-present/836452-usbgsf16-s-build-thread.html
  13. Thats my boy!! Get it!! But yeah maybe let someone else take the initial depreciation hit, like im doing right now on my future gun metal grey fully options GSF..
  14. Wow.. The new dream car, more attainable than the LFA and probably 1/100th of the cost to run. Fantastic.. John you should get one, then take me for a drive ha!
  15. I am very close to pulling the trigger on the Opticoat too.. Thinking full body, and also rims and brake callipers, then cleaning the whole car is as easy as a spray of a hose. The hydrophobic coat makes everything just fly off. And the new coating last years, not months, many years.. The detailer is a client, and i have seen his car which was done a few years back, still brilliant, we poured cups of water over it, all the dust / dirt came off and the water didn't stick to the car at all. He s also going to paint the callipers as below, i have the gun metal grey paint, i reckon it looks awesome!!
  16. As long as they have the full bolt on headers exhaust intake and tune in two years time (when I'll buy one) I don't mind
  17. Come on mate, do it for us, full exhaust!!
  18. Haha, dont be shy, stretch out that right ankle! The ISF loves it!
  19. Stay with OEM rotors, but get some Project Mu NS400 street pads for daily duty. Like maaaaybe 10% of the dust. Totally recommend. But then you will need some separate track pads because it will chew through the NS400 very fast on the track.. Quite impressive the OEM when you realise it can do it all, only downside is some dust, an amazing pad!
