Don't worry about brake dust la. Even the LFA has brake dust issues...no joke...i just drove it. Was told changing to a different brand solves it.
It's weird cos eversince i had the car, i was feeling abit uneased with the start up noise. It's a Lexus so why isn't it smooth.
Ok will keep an ear out for high-kick-rev-metallic-grind noise.
That said i have not done my 30km service, and it's a few months overdue, u recon there will be issue with the waranty?
Well i was complaining about how the is a growling sound at cold start up, and somewhat sounded like ticking.
If there was a recall, surely the dealers will have this into and asked us to bring it in?
So those are the ones that does or does not have it's own studs for the wheels?
The oem studs locks onto the spacer, and the spacer has it's own studs for the wheels?
Lucky i found this. Important to get the right one no doubt.

hmm the wheel bolts onto the lugs which sticks out from the hubs, so how would wheel quality makes it safer or not?
I can understand that the lugs have to support added weight of the spacers which could make them weaker all round but then again the image of smaller offset is same.
Yeh pics of the spacers in would be good (cevu).
Hey i was thinking about the offset thingie.
If you get wheels that are like 20mm offsets, wouldn't the wheel lug nuts have very little distance in going into the lugs cos the wheel sit heaps away from the hub?
This is dangerous no doubt.
