I have standard Shocks but Eibach Lowering springs at the moment. I have ordered and will be getting fitted TTE (Toyota Team Europe) Coilovers in Germany at the beginning of March (Driving over!).
Remember, if you want an improvement in handling, consider uprated anti-roll bars too - not too expensive but a HUGE improvement in handling.......
I've just got factory shocks with King lowering springs and strangely enough its alot better with four people in the car, with myself it rolls and isnt to good at handling around corners, its alright unless you push it real hard where you could possible ge in trouble, so with anti roll bars, is there just front and rear "zee007" and would cusco be a good option?

Sorry for bringing up the metrosexual comment but I was listening to th rock at about 8.00am today and they were talking about metrosexuals and the more common they are becoming, thought I'd throw it in for the hell of it!!!!
-
Welcome to the club Altezza Girl and good on you for joining the testostorone overloaded lexus club
what about the new "metrosexual" that is the new femanian male, well I'm not one anyways or am I
Dude, never heard of them. Now I am worried
For example David Beckham is consider a "metrosexual", he's not gay but you would almost think he was! it takes a bit of explaining, try looking it up on the web, but most likely it would result in xxx rated pages!!!

Not any help, but was over in Sydney a couple of weeks ago and if I got $10 for every Lexus IS200 - or IS300 I would have been a millionaire in a short period of time, saw many indeed which was quite interesting for the large population (although this was mostly in the city). Anyways who is from Sydney on these forums?

That was on the news, one night wasn't it (the one time a year I watch the news)
nice work!!
-
your only other option is to remove the engine cover which isnt tidy, but depends on your choice i spose.
you have PM!
-
Sorry about the crap photo but here's the Cusco Strut brace for my car, there are about three or four options avaliable with the top Cusco being a carbon fibre which is rather expensive and the next best one is this one: Note it will probably only fit over this engine!!!!
It is one of the best in my opinion and I did notice a much better handling response which was both stiffer and had a better feel....................I really need to do the rear aswell at some stage as my king springs have made the rear a bit loose with occupants in the back when extreme cornering (which is obviously only attempted on private roads) :D

well done to the club and all our members, have a merry christmas and happy new year and a special thanks to Gavin and I guess the others " Matt Lai,Keith,Hoon and D1Tezza" who have helped establish the club.
Will be interesting to see how the club develops with the large quantity of these cars coming into the country, so more members!
