thanks guys i decided (after starring at it for a long time) that i would just leave it until i can save up for either the GFX (only front and back tho) or a INGS+ kit, maybe even Vertex im being a cheapo and holding out on a actual exhaust till i can get my car lowered + a kit i'll post back when my resonator is deleted again, thanks for the input

got it done at midas for 100$ (including tips) and yeh, i didnt know they would stick out so much, gonna have to get em shortened will have a look at some places tomrrow morning they look fine from behind, just they stick out a bit too much when looked at from the side, which is bugging me can anyone recommend any place in sydney?? thanks

hey guys had my 4" tips installed today (resonator delete end of this week!) heres how it turned out IMHO i think there good, but stick out a bit too much but you can only really see it from exactly side on my friend/s said it looks good when they were driving behind me, but i dunno~ im satisfied tho for now im gonna get some quotes on how much it is to get em cut about 1.5cm - 2cm Midas told me $150 tell me what u guys think, i know it's not gonna be liked by everyone, but i think its alright' also, soz for blurry/crappy pics, took em with my phone

im up for a cruise anytime, lol had a fat cruise on sat night, 15+ cars but they were all "wog'd up" cars (S15's, S14's, WRX STI's, Pulsars)

yeh i guess i actually ordered some off ebay for 290$ but then i found out that my 4" exhaust tips are 60$ each, and then around 100$ to take my resonator off so thats 220$ for tips + resonator delete dont have the funds right now for LED tail lights aswell hoping someone would sell em to me for under 200, lol

yep same rims as mine its not too dark, but not too light they look great when there cleaned (sorry my car was so dirty at the meet, ahaha)

had a flat tyre 2 days ago the guy told me that it was cuz the wheels weren't alligned properly or something the tread on the inside of the tyre was nearly gone, and it didnt have enough pressure it in (i checked the pressure a few weeks ago) had to get new tyres straight away so got some Yokohama ones but im gonna be changing all the tyres around the next service (sept/oct) what tyres should i look at? i heard Hankook are good

yeh i think there around 3" i got myself some 3.5" ones, but there weld on, not bolt any mechanic place can fit them right? or does danny have the tools to do this aswell?? the ones i bought arent rolled edges, and are angle cut, couldnt find any 4" ones that would fit the 57mm exhaust still waiting for the 2nd one to arrive at the store then i'll post some pics but how do i take the factory tips off? i tried pulling em off, thought i was gonna break the car so gave up

yeh, i want to polish my mufflers, so they look like the F Sport, but without the sound, for now then with the resonator delete, should sound a bit better together with my Fujita Intake

i tried the 4" and its actually not that big its fills the cut out in the rear bumper really nicely this is the look im going for http://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-second-generation/508051-my-solution-to-quietest-exhaust.html but i'll delete my resonator to give it a "fake" aftermarket sound also anyone know if i'd have any problems with rego and stuff if i take my resonator off?

i heard mine do the diesel sound for like 1 second ages ago when i started the car after school i had the driver door open so i could hear it, but thats the only ever time i've heard it never heard it before or after the engine was really cold cuz it was just parked there from 8:30 - 3:20 but i never get it when i start the car in the morning...

im buying 4" exhaust tips on friday i could install em with my friends, but i can keep em for this DIY day
