well, mines a 2007 Sport, with the 18" liquid graphite rims, and the sport suspension (ive heard its just a 0.4" drop front, no drop rear, or the other way round) so im kinda already done the "essentials" but obviously i wanna drop my car on Tein S Tech's and some nice 19" TE37's but no money, LOL and im the oldest in my family, only a younger sister and bro when i get a job in the next few weeks, im just saving and saving for a HKS Hi Power and Takeda Intake or i might drop on tein s techs first, i dunno!! lol

i saw some guy on CL with the hybrid ones, says he picked em up from eaby for 15$ :o but personally i wanna debadge my LEXUS and IS250, and paint the big L (front and rear) with SGM or just paint all the badges i can take the badges off, but i dunno were to find the right paint for em, and where to find 3M double sided tape to stick em back on, lol, only the rear tho, gonna leave the front ones chrome and i heard the L emblem is hell hard to debadge, maybe i should leave it? help plz, i thinking this could be a cheap and "easy" mod for my car before the meet

i kinda have the same dilemma im gonna be driving my car to school, and friends will be riding in my car aswell thing is, its being raining (ALOT) recently, and i dont want all their mud and crap on my floor mats, lol i was thinking of just getting cheap plastic and just throwing it out after the day (only worried for rainy days tho) but i guess, its my car, i can tell em to just walk it or catch the bus if they dont follow my rules, lol but IMO the rubber ones look weird, but u wont really notice them if it was me, just get some rubber ones, but take em out if its not a rainy day

lol, yeh its a hybrid, so FWD makes sense, but then again its a lexus, so RWD makes sense, lol but i guess if your in the market for a eco car, then you dont really care bout performance you'd have a IS-F for that, XD i mean, just buy a IS-F, and then a CT200H, so you can kinda "feel" better bout driving a 5.0 V8, lol

i like it, :D just that, the lexus fonted one looks kinda "streched" vertically but still its good maybe like 300mm x 13mm?

lol, i love the ML sound system!!! i get scared of it sometimes, lol cruise around playing Drop It Low (remix) - Ester Dean or Dr Dre - Still Dre, with volume at 45 sounds soooo good a bit too loud sometimes tho, lol, gotta put all the windows down, and have the sunroof on tilt (looks sick from outside) cars look over at me, lol (doesn't help im on my L's, when i did this, with my cousin the passenger seat) lol

ahahaha, yeh the sport model isnt so popular who else has a sport model here? the ppl i know are just me and danny i dont really mind the Alcantara my options were either this Sport or a X, both with smae Km's and for the same price but the X had beige leather, where as the Sport had black alcantara, and xenon lights, park sensors, that anti glare rear view mirror, it was was SGM, the X was Silver i also like the Sport wheels more so just went with the sport, not the X its just personal choice, i would have obviously got everything i wanted if i went with a new car, but had to go used, and this car was too good to pass up, it was a sport model (which i wanted, or a X) and it was SGM (i wanted either SGM or Black) and it had a black interior oh, and is the Alcantara the same stuff they use in Lambo's? or is it a different thing??

dont like it, period looks like a mini van, like the hatchback 1 series the front looks hectic tho, but the rear is kinda meh~ and wheres the exhaust?

yeh, i had a loan car that had 16's ride was good, my car with the 18's and sport suspension, it kinda "bounces" round on rough roads and especially round corners, so i gotta take it pretty slow, or i feel the front end get really light and lose traction i agree that sydney roads are badly maintained, but at least the highways aren't THAT bad, and lets face it, most speeding is dont on the highways anyway, :D and at my age (17) i think looks are more important to me, lol i'll get over it later, but for now, its all bout the looks, and you kinda have to have this period of life where looks matter and stuff we all get over it, some later than others tho, lol just cant wait till i can drive round with my friends, lol IS250, Passat, 528i, Commodore, Astina, Camry

i see a IS250 everytime i go out, i mean, EVERY SINGLE time its a really popular car, although, i only ever see the prestige ones with the ugly 16" rims, sometimes a few Sport Lux's, rarely see a IS250 with the same sport rims as mine

LOL i want IS-F lights or the ebay LED lights (not the clear ones) but there really expensive, and im saving for an exhaust if anyone with IS-F lights wanna swap with + money, tell me, lol i doubt anyone would tho kinda waiting for some people to upgrade to the IS350, and sell some parts off their IS250's if they wanna go back to stock, i'd swap my stock parts, cuz im keeping my car for ages so probably wont ever need to go back to stock

im pretty sure smoking the tails isnt illegal, as long as its not too dark just like tinting windows probably wrong tho
