Hard to judge an entire sales team on an encounter with one sales person. I happen to know a few of the sales reps at each dealership and I can tell you each dealership has a mix. There are people that know there stuff in relation to Lexus product knowledge and have a genuine want to do the right thing for you at each dealership. However each sales team also has members that wouldn't know half the stuff you guys know. A good question to ask a sales exec is how long they've been at the dealership. The good ones usually stay in one place longer..the others tend to bounce around.

You will have good and bad experiences at all dealerships. If you go back to the same dealership several times you will have some visits that are better than others. We all have good and bad days, true?. You can't judge a dealerships on one staff member or one visit. At each dealership they will have some sales/service people that are better than others within their own ranks. However all the four Sydney Lexus dealers do a better job than the competing brands. Just my opinion...but what would I know? LEX51S don't say it!!! :D

"Lexus type warranty" Its not a Lexus part or made/supplied by Lexus Australia. They are not going to warrant parts that they have nothing to do with. "any warranty at all" Pretty sure there would be a manufacturers warranty from Fly Audio to the dealer. Then the dealer has an obligation to cover parts supplied and the installation work. Which is why I would buy it from Chastswood Lexus etc & not the importer you found at Roselands.

Don't even think of trying to run!!! In the photo below it looks like they're trying to find the location of Danny's next cruise... "Palm Beach or Wollongong?"

New Rx-350 Questions
dis-lex-sic replied to aussieguy1's topic in Lexus RX330 / RX350 / Toyota Harrier Club
Soon as you press "Transfer Contacts" on the cars screen it will disconnect for phone calls ready to reconnect for data transfer. You need to select "all contacts" probably in the advanced options under phone book in your phone. Not all phones have the ability of sending all contacts but I know the Samsung F480 can. Have another go at it & if after that you get stuck I can PM you my number and talk you thru it. -

That is correct. The back door is counted as a 5th door so you need to unlock the car before it will open off the remote. You're doing it right.
